This is such a pretty vintage Albert Nipon tissue silk chiffon dress in a red and white polka dot print.  This lovely sheer dress has gathered puff sleeves and flat pleats on the bodice. The skirt is full, gathered at the bottom of the wide waistband. We love the built in sash that can be tied in a knot or a bow.
